In Relation to: Launching

In the next couple of months, I’ll be launching my podcast—something I’ve been thinking about for the past few years. I listen to podcasts daily and absolutely love them. Some are entertaining, others informational or educational, and some are simply soothing, healing, and enjoyable to listen to.

It took me a while to get clear on what I wanted to create. The idea didn’t arrive fully formed—it revealed itself gradually, alongside my own personal and professional exploration and unfolding. Through experiences lived, questions asked, and a growing curiosity and passion for all things Relationships.

More specifically, I’m fascinated by how we, as individuals, relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. That’s the heart of it—how we are in relation to everything—to our beliefs, perspectives, thoughts, emotions, experiences, and connections. Essentially, to the visible and invisible threads that shape us and how we live our lives (how we connect, react, grow, and heal.)

My intention is to invite a variety of guests onto the show to engage in interesting and insightful conversations. I’m both excited and nervous—but mostly, I’m open. Open to seeing how it all unfolds and where it leads.

Now, let me ask you: Is there a project, a hobby, or something new you've been wanting to launch—but haven’t?

It’s okay. Sometimes it's procrastination, sometimes fear, and other times, it’s simply not the right time. Maybe you haven’t yet gathered the “data” you need to feel ready or aligned. Metaphorically, like a pre-med student being asked to perform surgery prematurely—perhaps you're still preparing, learning, gaining experience. Or maybe, you’re the post-grad, post-residency doctor—ready on paper, but still holding back.

Contemplation: Can you identify what’s holding you back? Is it fear or a mental/energetic block? Or do you genuinely need to travel a bit further on your path before stepping into and launching what’s next?
