Welcome, I'm Mihal
Hello; thank you for visiting. I'm Mihal, a Licensed Psychotherapist (CA LMFT #112272), with 15 yrs of experience in treating Individuals, Couples, Families, and leading Groups. I specialize in working with people who are experiencing relational issues (relationship based of all kinds), life uncertainties and transitions, trauma-related challenges, addictions, grief, and existential questioning.
I offer companies services to improve their structure, work environment, and interpersonal communication.
In addition, I offer consultations and creative guidance to Film/TV projects.
In my practice, I bring my clinical & personal life skills and experience to my work; I believe that ultimately, we are all travelers, here to teach and learn from one another, in various ways, at various times in life. My approach to my professional work, and my personal life's journey, is from a mindfulness and relational lens, including openness, curiosity, radical honesty, compassion, and a dash of humor. I'm known to be a direct and empathetic therapist, with a psychological & spiritual perspective.
Most importantly, I put the highest value on an authentic collaborative connection between myself and my clients, in a setting that is comfortable, safe, and honest.

I love to wander, explore, question, learn, wander some more, and be both contemplative and silly.
